Legal agreement governing your use of Emandi Connect
Welcome to Emandi Connect ("Platform," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using Emandi Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Buyers agree to purchase products in the quantities specified in each order. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply as displayed on product listings. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes.
All prices are in the currency specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before order processing, unless pre-approved trade credit terms have been established. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Platform.
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement without penalty. After processing begins, cancellations may incur a restocking fee (typically 10% of order value). For custom or special orders, cancellations may not be permitted once production has started.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the specified shipping address. Buyers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival and reporting any damages within 48 hours.
Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed after verification. Change of mind returns are not accepted. For full details, please review our Refund Policy available on the Platform.
Sellers must be verified businesses. We reserve the right to request business licenses, tax IDs, and other documentation to verify seller legitimacy.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels. All listed products must be authentic, legally sourced, and compliant with applicable safety and regulatory standards. Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
Sellers must fulfill orders within the promised lead time (typically 2-7 business days) and provide tracking information. Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of seller privileges.
Sellers agree to pay applicable transaction fees as disclosed during onboarding. Fees are deducted from sales proceeds. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.
Sellers must cooperate with our dispute resolution team in case of buyer complaints. If a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, sellers are responsible for refunds and return shipping costs.
Buyers purchasing products through Emandi Connect are permitted to resell products in their original condition through retail stores, e-commerce platforms, or wholesale channels. However, the following restrictions apply:

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Emandi Connect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without our prior written consent.
By submitting content (reviews, images, product descriptions) to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emandi Connect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emandi Connect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or exposes us to liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Emandi Connect regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
